First time coming here the other day with my wife and had the Thai salad with chicken skewers for appetizer. The salad was fresh and tasty, along with the skewers, which were tender and well seasoned. We came for a quick stop for drinks so we were not able to try other meals but we did catch the happy hour pricing which was nice. Drinks: I ordered "The Smoking Gun" and my wife had "A Boy Named Sue" both were tasty and bourbon based. The best part of the experience here was the ambiance and decor. You really feel like you're in the Wild West! Our experience with servers was great, our original waitress had to go on break shortly after so we were taken care of by the manager and they were both great. Overall, I can't say much about the food due to limited ordering but if you're looking for a drink stop or place to mingle, this is a nice option!

We came because they had great reviews. Loved the decor inside Cowboy Boots hanging from the top of the Bar, great pictures and large Screen TV's all around. Our server TREVER was fantastic, always came by to see if there was anything else that we needed. I order the skirt steak with Chimichuri topping on the top switched my mash potatoes to Seasoned French fries. Loved it We also ordered a large Pretzel. Great for the 3 of Us. We would definitely come back easy parking in the back too

This review is exclusively for the weekend late-night atmosphere: Around 9-10 all of the tables and chairs are removed and this place turns from sit down restaurant to a decently sized dance floor. They also create a little walkway if people need to get to the other side of the restaurant which is nice as it doesn't really affect the size of the dance floor. The DJ plays a variety of music and is decently loud but not too loud where it is blowing out your eardrums. One thing I really liked was how big the actual bar is, so there is enough space for you to squeeze in somewhere, and the bartenders are attentive and quick to serve. If you want to sit down and take a break from all the dancing you can walk next door to Mickeys Irish Pub which is literally connected through a hallway. Overall a fun place for a night of drinks and dancing.

This used to be Florentine's. They did well updating the decor into a western theme. The drinks were okay. They kept playing more women-oriented songs. They need to play more country and music people can dance to. Hardly anyone was dancing.
